Refund policy
For Returns / Exchange orders of lower value: Once we've received and carefully inspected your return/exchanged items, we will process the refund. We will send the refund amount to the bank account or UPI details that you will enter while raising the return/exchange request.
For Cancelled Orders:
If the Order Has Not Been Dispatched - If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll cancel it for you to get a full refund to your original payment source using which you have paid for the order.
If the Order Has Been Dispatched - Once your order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, we kindly request you to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The order will be returned to us, and as soon as it's back in our warehouse, we will process the full refund.
NOTE: For both return and cancelled order refunds, please know that it may take up to 7 -10 business days for the refunded amount reflected in your bank account.
